Puppy #4:

  Timmins has been quite the host with visitors this week, always eager to greet with a lick.  Where he differs from the others though is the patience and persistence he exhibits once the initial rush subsides.  If he hasn't gotten his fill of attention, he will quietly sit at peoples feet, waiting for more.  This same patience carried over to the stair climbing learning curve.  Although he was the last to figure out the mechanics of climbing the stairs, he never showed any signs of frustration.  He simply sat at the bottom waiting for a helping hand right up until the day he made it on his own.  On the playing front, he is the only one of the boys to use obstacles in the room to get the upper hand.  He will hide behind things both as a means of escape and also as a means to enter the fray from the most advantageous position.  Timmins took over the lead in the weight department for Week 8, ending at 18lb 2oz.
